Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – 3–4 Shifts/Week We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join our hospital anesthesia team. This part-time to full-time role offers 3–4 shifts per week in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Responsibilities: * Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients. * Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans. * Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery. * Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff. * Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care. * Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support as needed. Skills & Qualifications: * Current CRNA certification and licensure in NJ. * Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and monitoring. * Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Hospital or surgical experience preferred.
