    Job description: Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our clients in the planning and execution of small and medium promotional events. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, providing both commercial and basic technical support to ensure smooth communication and successful event outcomes. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and working in a dynamic, service-driven environment. Your ability to communicate clearly, use basic software tools, and manage multiple requests will directly impact our clients’ experience and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Maintain clear records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions., • Collaborate remotely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery., • Requirements & Skills, • Fluency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage., • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or client support roles is preferred., • Experience supporting commercial services or promotional events is a plus., • Strong computer and basic software skills, including proficiency with common office tools and CRM systems., • Solid computational and data entry skills with strong attention to detail., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset., • Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment., • Professional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills., • Comfortable providing basic technical assistance and learning new tools as needed.
