We’re looking for a pleasant, outgoing, and dependable Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers succeed. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the voice of a metalworking tooling brand—providing quick, friendly, and effective support to distributors, end users, and sales partners. What You’ll Do: • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers and distributors, • Process orders, quotes, returns, and expedite requests efficiently and accurately, • Provide product and service information with confidence and professionalism, • Collaborate with regional managers and manufacturer’s reps to ensure customer satisfaction, • Resolve customer issues promptly and follow through to completion, • Keep a smile in your voice—every call matters! What You’ll Bring: • 1+ year of customer service experience (manufacturing or distribution environment a plus!), • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude, • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, • Proficient with computers and order entry systems
