The VP, Retail Alternatives Administration Product is responsible for the strategic initiatives regarding the retail alternative administration business, including interval funds, tender offer funds, operating companies, REITs, and BDCs. Additionally, this role will collaborate across product, operations, technology, and sales teams to deliver scalable and competitive solutions in the rapidly evolving retail alternatives market. • Supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow and optimize the retail alternatives administration business., • Supports high-priority deliverables including strategic updates, board presentations, and business reviews., • Drives tracking, measurement, and reporting of key strategic initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability., • Conducts market and competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends, client needs, and opportunities for differentiation., • Develops and maintains sales enablement materials and implementation and onboarding tools for retail alternative product offering., • Assists with the setup, documentation, and training of the BDC financial administration operating model., • Assists with implementation of technology solutions to support retail alternatives administration business., • Assists with the creation of collateral, presentations, whitepapers, and other content to support business development and thought leadership., • Mentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used., • Contact as needed with clients regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements., • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field., • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, administration, or strategy within financial services, preferably focused on alternatives or asset management., • Management and leadership experience., • Retail alternative investment products (interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs, REITs, 34 Act private funds)., • Microsoft Office Suite., • Adobe Acrobat., • Excellent project management skills with a history of delivering cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope., • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across product, sales, operations, and technology functions., • Works in a dynamic, demanding environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs., • Proven leadership in implementing technology solutions and driving organizational change., • High diligence, organization, and execution discipline., • Client-centric orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions., • Aligns associates with company values and goals., • Plans and delegates the work of others., • Motivates and inspires others., • Assesses the performance of self and associates to make improvements or take corrective action., • Plans and develops systems and procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency of department in accordance with company policies and procedures., • Troubleshoots issues utilizing creative and critical thinking skills., • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills., • Initiative-taking, strategic, and meticulous approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness., • Demonstrates personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability., • Effectively uses resources such as time and information in conjunction with associates., • Participates in solving problems and making decisions., • Presents and expresses ideas and information, written and oral, clearly, and concisely., • Actively listens to others to achieve understanding and supports an open exchange of ideas and information., • Identifies needs, arranges for, and obtains resources to accomplish individual and department goals., • Establishes and develops effective working relationships with associates and clientele during both favorable and unfavorable situations.
