About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Founder of multiple technology companies. This is a highpressure, highresponsibility role for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in being the person who makes everything work. This is not a 95 job. The Founder operates at a demanding pace, and this role requires flexibility, availability, and a strong sense of ownership. Expectations & Work Style (Please Read Carefully): • Availability aligned with the Founders schedule, including:, • Travel throughout the tristate area and occasionally beyond, • 23 evenings per week when required, • Responsiveness to messages at night and on weekends as needed, • All travel and major commitments are known in advancethe better the planning, the more notice you will have, • High standards, urgency, and accountability are the norm, • Direct communication style: the Founder is fastmoving and blunt at timesnever disrespectful, but always focused on outcomes This role is best suited for someone who finds satisfaction in being indispensable and performing at a very high level. Core Responsibilities: You will be responsible for every aspect of enabling the Founder to perform at his highest level, including but not limited to: Executive & Business Support • Comprehensive calendar and time management across multiple time zones, • Scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, sending invites, reminders, and followups, • Gatekeeping the Founders time and attention, • Preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, taking notes, and delivering clear written recaps, • Translating discussions into actionable next steps and tracking progress, • Managing contacts, CRM updates, and executive communications, • Drafting professional emails and documents on behalf of the Founder, • Liaising with clients, vendors, legal counsel, and internal teams, • Managing expenses, budgets, invoices, and approvals, • Booking and managing all travel (flights, hotels, transportation), • Preparing detailed travel itineraries, • Managing personal appointments, family schedules, and reminders, • Purchasing gifts and handling personal orders, • Coordinating with service providers (tailor, car maintenance, prescriptions, etc.), • Assisting with podcast recording, editing, and coordination, • Supporting social media drafting and scheduling, • Researching topics and preparing reports, • Assisting with company events, networking events, and personal events, • Managing sensitive, confidential, legal, and HRrelated information, • Securely organizing passwords, contracts, and critical documents Required Qualities & Traits: We are looking for someone who is: • Highly professional in appearance and communication, • Exceptionally organized and detailoriented, • Punctual and reliabletardiness will not be tolerated, • A strong critical thinker who can keep pace with a highly intelligent Founder, • Quick on their feet and comfortable shifting between complex topics, • Techsavvy and curious, with the ability to understand technical concepts, • Thickskinned, calm under pressure, and able to handle difficult conversations, • Discreet, trustworthy, and ethical, • Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking with highlevel stakeholders Required & Preferred Skills: Required • Microsoft Office & Google Workspace, • Advanced calendar, travel, and time management, • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, • Familiarity with IT and technical terminology, • Base understanding of SDLC, developer tools, and workflows, • Experience with or exposure to:, • Jira, GitHub, • Azure, AWS, • AI tools such as ChatGPT, • CRM experience, • Comfort working in fastmoving technology environments Why This Role Is Worth It: This position offers: • Direct access to and mentorship from a Founder building multiple technology businesses, • Exposure to highlevel strategy, decisionmaking, and operations, • The opportunity to become a trusted, longterm partner, not just support staff, • Rapid skill development across business, technology, and leadership, • Clear paths for increased compensation and responsibility based on performance For the right person, this is not just a jobits a career accelerator.
