This is accomplished by professional and knowledgeable staff that will conduct a complete and thorough interview with the patient and his/her family, as well as contact with their primary care physician. The data is then evaluated by various professional staff members in order to develop a personalized treatment plan. We organize the plan of care to enable the patient to proceed through the recovery process with a support network, increase their self-esteem, and understand the effects of chemical dependence. Position : Group Facilitator, Outpatient Chemical Dependency Program Report to: Clinical Director Purpose : To provide all the basic therapeutic services required by patients during their treatment and aftercare experience.
