Job Description Regional Director (NY, AZ, NC) Location: Long Island, NY (with travel to Arizona and North Carolina) Reports to: COO Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus + benefits Role Overview: The Regional Director for Pink’s Window Cleaning will lead the performance, growth, and expansion of all franchise territories across New York, Arizona, and North Carolina. Based on Long Island, you will oversee day-to-day operations of existing markets, drive sales performance, uphold brand standards, and ensure successful launch and stabilization of new territories. This role is ideal for a high-energy operator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, excels at building high-performing teams, and has a bias for results. You’ll act as a “mini-COO” for the Pink’s brand, reporting directly to the corporate COO. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership • Serve as the primary leader for all Pink’s markets in NY, AZ, and NC, • Coach and develop GMs and AGMs to meet operational KPIs, • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews, • Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and safety protocols, • Partner with the COO to drive local sales performance, • Monitor conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and upsell opportunities, • Support and track execution of promotional campaigns and referral initiatives, • Oversee pre-launch planning and execution for new Pink’s markets, • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new teams in coordination with HR, • Ensure each new location hits critical KPIs in its first 90 days, • Mentor, and retain high-performing local leadership teams, • Cultivate a strong, mission-driven culture that aligns with Awesomeness brand, • 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership in a service-based or franchise environment, • Proven track record of launching and scaling locations successfully, • Strong sales orientation with ability to coach toward performance targets, • Excellent communicator with high EQ and team development skills, • Experience in home services, cleaning, or a route-based operations model, • Knowledge of field dispatch systems, CRM tools, and performance dashboards, • Base Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000, • Bonus Opportunity: Up to 15% based on location performance and expansion milestones Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Employee discount, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
