Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing, high-performing engineering team. This is a hands-on, in-house role (Hauppauge, NY) for a passionate technologist who thrives on innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. You will work on a wide range of projects, including AI-enabled web applications, automation workflows, and complex integrations, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to our technical vision. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications, services, and automation workflows using modern technologies (.NET 9, EF Core, React, Next.js, Blazor, Azure, and AWS). * Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and generative AI to accelerate and enhance software delivery. * Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor team members, and foster best practices in engineering and security. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. * Contribute to architecture, planning, and strategy for new and existing projects, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and innovation. * Support and enhance both current and legacy systems, ensuring reliability and performance. * Participate in interviews and hiring decisions as part of a collaborative team process. Technical Stack & Tools: * .NET 9, EF Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor WebAssembly * React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Azure (App Insights, Dashboards, Log Analytics, Serverless Functions), AWS * Docker (containerization), Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Git, GitHub (including security/code scanning tools) * Serilog, Microsoft SQL, API development and integration, protocol connectors * AI/ML tools and frameworks, including generative and agentic AI applications Soft Skills & Team Values: * Passion for innovation and continuous improvement * Maturity, consistency, and reliability in decision-making and workflow * Strong team orientation—putting collective goals above individual interests * Effective verbal communication; able to participate in customer calls as an escalation point * Commitment to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and supporting colleagues Qualifications: * Substantial, proven experience in full stack development (typically 7+ years) * Demonstrated expertise in modern web application development, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted engineering * No formal degree or certifications required—skills, experience, and team fit matter most Working Hours & Benefits: * Full-time, on-site (Hauppauge, NY) * Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm * $90,000 – $105,000 salary range * 401k with matching, health/dental/vision/life insurance, generous PTO, performance incentives Interview Process: * Initial technical interview (30 minutes) * Coding challenge (2–6 hours) * Post-challenge technical review (1 hour) * Final interview (1 hour) Equal Opportunity Employer: Saberin Software is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
