Job Description Dealer Account Manager – Northern New Jersey Veterans Auto Warranty, Inc. is looking for a Dealer Account Manager for the Northern New Jersey region. Our team of professionals is dedicated to delivering superior warranty solutions, exemplary customer service, streamlined claims management, and fostering enduring partnerships with automotive dealers. Position Overview: The Dealer Account Manager is tasked with establishing and maintaining relationships with new and pre-owned automotive dealerships to drive revenue growth within their designated territory. Primary responsibilities include delivering presentations and providing training to dealership personnel regarding our comprehensive suite of warranty solutions, in order to meet sales objectives and performance benchmarks. This position offers substantial earning potential, featuring a base salary, monthly commissions, and a monthly expense allowance. Key Responsibilities: • Execute a targeted sales strategy for automotive dealerships to drive new business opportunities within the assigned territory., • Deliver thorough expertise in our solutions, brand, and mission to empower dealerships in building more innovative and stronger businesses, • Build and maintain relationships with all dealer personnel, including owners, general, • managers, sales managers, and finance managers, • Present and train dealership staff to enhance their understanding of our solutions and support sales effectiveness, • Collaborate with internal departments such as claims and customer service to strengthen dealer partnerships and ensure high levels of satisfaction, • Leverage the CRM system to track sales activities and dealer communication, • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, new account acquisitions, and retention goals Qualifications: • Residency within the territory is required, • Willing to travel daily up to 80% within the assigned territory, • Reliable transportation with a valid, clean driver’s license and current vehicle insurance, • Track record of success in territory sales, preferably within the automotive sector, • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, • Proven ability to excel independently and as part of a sales team, • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zoom Workplace Compensation: • W-2 Full-Time, • Base salary, • Monthly paid commission, • Monthly expense allowance, • Semi-annual clothing allowance, • Quarterly bonus opportunityCompany DescriptionVeterans Auto Warranty, Inc., an industry leader in ancillary automotive products, thank you for your interest in our offerings.
