Fill out paperwork to accurately track traceability on all parts., • Ability to read and review fabrication drawings and specifications., • Consistently work within tight tolerances., • Manufacture high quality products., • Very knowledgeable with sanding, preparation, finishing, application, polishing, repair and manual machining techniques., • Exceptionally knowledgeable in various millwork products such as laminates, solid surfacing, painted finishes, and stainless steel., • Must adhere to established procedures/processes/policies., • Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic. Education/Experience: • High school diploma., • 3 years' experience in metalwork., • Painting or Powder-Coating knowledge a big plus., • Able to work as a team and motivate employees.
