Job details\n \n $85,000 - $125,000 a year \n Referral program, Continuing education credits, Professional development assistance, 401(k), Health insurance, Retirement plan, 401(k) matching, Paid time off \n Show 5 more \n \n Full-time \n \n Hybrid work in Bronx, NY 10469 Full job description\n Hybrid / Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) \n Location: Bronx, NY \n Base Salary: $85,000–$115,000 annually \n New-Hire Retention Bonus: Up to $10,000 \n Potential Cash Compensation: Up to $125,000 \n Employment Type: Full-time \n Work Arrangement: Hybrid \n $85,000–$115,000 Base Salary + $10,000 New-Hire Retention Bonus \n Rimisac Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise ABA services throughout Bronx. \n We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a guaranteed base salary of $85,000–$115,000 plus the opportunity to earn a $10,000 new-hire retention bonus. \n Starting salary within the posted range will be based on directly relevant BCBA experience, clinical skills, qualifications, licensure, leadership experience and the responsibilities assigned to the position. \n Compensation and Benefits \n\n • Guaranteed base salary of $85,000–$115,000\n, • $10,000 new-hire retention bonus opportunity\n, • First $1,000 bonus installment earned after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period\n, • Nine additional monthly installments of $1,000\n, • Up to $125,000 in potential cash compensation\n, • Medical and dental insurance available with an employer contribution; employee premium contributions apply\n, • Annual compensation review based on performance, responsibilities, market conditions, reimbursement rates and company financial performance\n\n The retention bonus is earned in ten separate installments. Employees must remain actively employed through each applicable vesting date to earn that installment. If employment ends, any installments already earned will be paid, but remaining future installments will not be earned. Complete terms will be provided in the written retention-bonus agreement. \n Position Structure \n\n • Hybrid remote and in-person supervision\n, • Caseload located throughout Bonx\n, • Cases organized geographically whenever operationally possible\n, • Remote completion of appropriate documentation, programming, meetings and caregiver training\n, • In-person supervision and clinical visits based on client and staff needs\n, • Weekly expectation of 30 billable hours\n, • Clear productivity, documentation and clinical expectations\n, • Opportunity for long-term clinical and leadership growth\n\n Candidates must be willing and able to travel to assigned clients throughout Bronx.
