Responsibilities * Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation according to the care plan. * Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients in their homes. * Assist with light housekeeping related to client care (tidying, laundry, meal assistance) as directed by the care plan. * Follow the client’s individualized care plan and communicate changes in condition to the office or supervising nurse. * Maintain a safe, clean environment and use appropriate infection control and PPE procedures. Requirements * Current New Jersey CHHA or CNA license in good standing. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * At least 6 months of caregiving experience (facility or home care). * Current PPD test (within the last 12 months) and MMR vaccination record. * Ability to read and follow a care plan and complete ADLs safely and professionally.
