Job Description Overview: Manage all aspects of receiving, warehouse storage, shipping and dispatch of finished products, requisitioning of all materials and scheduling of transport drivers for a 24-hour 7-day operation in Newark. Presence Expectations: · Presence in the Facility, on average 50 hours per week, spanning a minimum 5 work days per week; (Temporary Work Hours Tuesday to Saturday to lead the Sanitation Crew) · “On the (Production & Warehouse) Floor” Presence a minimum 50% of the Time in the Bakery. · “Off Hour” Presence (outside M-F 8:00-18:00) required routinely, with at least two ‘on the floor’ visit per Bakery per month spanning into the night hours of the Night Shift; · “Weekend” Presence, a minimum two ‘on the floor’ visit per Bakery per month, assuming the Bakery is operating during weekends. Primary Responsibilities · Ensure the receiving either in house or at the warehouse, of all incoming bulk flour, ingredients, packaging materials, bakery supplies and equipment, this is to be done in accordance with SQF and HACCP standards. · Ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. · Ensure proper documentation by maintaining Receiving Log and that all necessary paperwork for inbound and outbound trucks is completed. · Ensure proper storage and rotation of inventory by maintaining proper dating of incoming items and using them on a FIFO basis. · Ensure an accurate inventory of all ingredients and wrapping materials on a weekly basis. · Ensure the plant is supplied with the proper materials and liaison with the production department to accurately determine the plants daily needs. · Ensure product is dispatched to drivers / customers on a timely basis providing accurate documentation for billing. · Ensure all trucks are loaded properly, that loads are counted and that bills of lading or receipts are signed off by our drivers. · Ensure drivers are scheduled and all runs are covered every day. · Ensure runs are scheduled in a cost- effective manor to avoid unnecessary salary expenditure. · Ensure all trucks are serviced properly maintains a service log with the leasing company. · Ensure all KPI’s and Metrics are reported and met. · Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock. · Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees. · Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner. This temporary role involves working with computers and electronics, testing functionality, and learning repair processes, with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities: • Test electronic devices, including computers, laptops, iPads, phones, speakers, and more, to ensure proper functionality., • Perform basic repairs, such as replacing batteries and components., • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic devices., • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in daily tasks., • Learn and assist with advanced repair tasks, including soldering and component-level fixes., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Previous hands-on experience with electronics, computers, or repair work., • Strong problem-solving and technical skills., • Soldering experience is a plus (not required)., • Ability to communicate effectively in English (minimum intermediate level)., • Availability for a temporary role with potential for full-time employment and salary growth.

Job Description To oversee and manage all aspects of receiving materials, warehouse storage, and issuing to production. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Receive in house or at the warehouse, all incoming bulk flour, ingredients, packaging, bakery supplies and equipment. Maintain GMP and HACCP standards by checking and or rejecting loads (if necessary) based on the following: • · Condition of the carriers’ truck, • · Condition of actual incoming load., • · Material meets company specification and the quantity matches on the invoice and P.O., • · Truck inspections to be entered into Safety Chain Enter all transactions into PRIMS. Take an accurate inventory of all ingredients and wrapping materials on a weekly basis. Investigate inventory variances to determine root cause. Advise and implement corrective actions Monitor par levels and advise if adjustments need to be made. Ensure all trucks are loaded properly with the proper count and prepare bill of lading or receipt, which will be signed off by the driver. Requisition wrapping materials and ingredients on a daily basis in accordance with the production order. Schedule and confirm delivery appointments. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: · Maintain housekeeping of all storage areas and warehouse. · Assist in special projects when use of the Forklift is essential. · Review packaging and ingredient requirements and provide Purchase Requisitions to Purchasing · Comply with company GMP policies and guidelines · Other duties assigned by Management. This includes, but not limited to, development of set boxes, GWP and collateral items. Reporting to the Vice President, Product Innovation, the Associate Manager will work cross-functionally with many Global partners inclusive of Marketing, Product Development, Packaging Design and Operations. Additionally, the Associate Manager, Packaging Development will be a key contact with external packaging vendors, a critical element of the position. With an excitement for sustainable packaging, the Associate Manager, Packaging Development will have exceptional project management skills and constantly operate with a solution-oriented mindset.
