The latest scheduled end time is 11:00 PM, with most closing shifts ending between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM. End-of-day responsibilities include deep cleaning the dining room and restrooms, walking the parking lot one final time, and shutting down the front of the house. Most shifts run 4 to 8 hours.
