Job Description We are reopening Publik Kitchen after a long rebuild and are currently looking for a front of house manager to lead the team in a small, very busy breakfast/brunch restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong knowledge of the brunch and coffee industry as well as the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for our employees and customers. Morning and weekend availability is a must, and the job is full time. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the front of house, including managing the host/hostess team, servers, and baristas., • Maintain high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction, • Train and develop staff to ensure excellent product knowledge, service skills, and professionalism, • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality food and beverages, • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are on hand, • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner, • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, • Strong experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry, • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, • Proven ability to manage costs and increase revenue, including P&L analysis, • Extensive knowledge of coffee is preferred, but we can train someone who has the passion, • Excellent organizational and time management skills If you are a hospitality professional with a passion for brunch and coffee, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
