Job Description The Westerner is currently hiring for a part-time Country Swing Dancer - Dance Teacher to teach swing dancing in the West Valley City, UT area. This position earns a competitive wage of $125.00/hour. We hope to meet you soon! DAY-TO-DAY This part-time dancing position works every Wednesday from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. As a Country Swing Dancer - Dance Teacher, you engage your audience and get the party going! You are a fun and energetic person who leads weekly swing dance lessons for all dancing levels. Creative and flexible, you plan classes and brainstorm moves to teach, occasionally learning new steps to keep your lessons fresh. You then teach the moves to our customers, repeating steps as necessary to help them stick in our guests' minds. Always friendly and positive, you regularly interact with the dancers to ensure everyone is having fun and learning the moves. When appropriate, you offer individual advice to help shape every customer into a real swing dancer. You love dancing and find joy in teaching others how to groove!
