Use a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!, • Classroom Management: Create a warm, welcoming, and structured classroom environment. Establish and enforce rules and routines that ensure the safety and well-being of all children., • Child Development: Observe and assess each child's development, identifying areas for growth and providing individualized support. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development., • Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians. Provide regular updates on their child's progress and address any concerns or questions they may have., • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities., • Classroom Activities: Organize and lead engaging activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play. Ensure activities are safe, fun, and educational., • High school diploma/GED (required), • Have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related degree (preferred), • Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required), • Have a genuine passion for education and care of children
