We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Manager of Data & Analytics to build and lead the data infrastructure that powers our growth, performance, and decision-making. Position Overview The Manager of Data & Analytics leads Vigilance Healths data operations, reporting infrastructure, and analytics strategy. This role ensures accurate, timely, and reliable data flows across the organization while building executive-level visibility into operational, clinical, enrollment, financial, and revenue cycle performance. This leader will oversee the Data Entry Coordinator, partner cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, Finance, Billing, and Executive Leadership, and serve as a primary data contact for external partners. This is both a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who can build dashboards in the morning and advise leadership in the afternoon. What Success Looks Like (1218 Months) • Executive, operational, and financial dashboards are automated, accurate, and widely used., • Leadership has real-time visibility into KPIs and performance metrics., • Data is trusted as a single source of truth., • Partner/client dashboards are professional, standardized, and reliable., • Reporting is largely automated, reducing manual work., • Data requests are fulfilled quickly and accurately., • The Data Entry Coordinator operates with clear structure, accountability, and performance standards., • Leadership receives proactive insights not just reports. Key Responsibilities Data Leadership & Team Oversight • Directly manage and coach the Data Entry Coordinator., • Establish workflows, priorities, and quality standards., • Provide performance feedback and professional development., • Analyze operational, clinical, enrollment, billing, and financial data., • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights., • Design, build, and maintain dashboards for:, • Operations, • Clinical Programs, • Enrollment & Growth, • Billing & Revenue Cycle, • Finance, • Executive Leadership, • Extract and integrate data from internal systems., • Coordinate with partners to obtain required datasets., • Serve as primary data contact for external partners., • Translate partner data requests into workflows and reporting solutions., • Build and maintain SQL queries or equivalent logic., • Increase automation and reduce manual reporting processes., • Document data definitions, metrics, and SOPs., • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities., • Support forecasting, growth modeling, and capacity planning., • Timeliness of dashboard and report delivery, • Accuracy and reliability of reporting, • Percentage of automated vs. manual reporting, • Reduction in data errors, • Leadership satisfaction with data visibility, • Partner/client satisfaction with reporting Core Competencies • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, • Advanced Excel expertise, • Dashboard development experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar), • SQL or query-building experience, • Coding experience (Python strongly preferred), • Strong organizational and project management skills, • Clear, confident communication skills, • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Public Health, or related field preferred, • 46+ years of data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting experience, • Healthcare or population health experience strongly preferred, • Demonstrated experience building executive-level dashboards, • Gets It: You understand how data drives operational and financial performance., • Wants It: You are motivated to build scalable, trusted data systems., • Mission-driven healthcare impact, • High-visibility leadership role, • Opportunity to build scalable data systems from the ground up, • Cross-functional executive partnership, • A culture rooted in drive, ownership, innovation, and coaching Apply today and help us change lives.
