Full-Time | Direct Hire ???? $125,000 – $135,000 + Bonus Benefits- Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join a growing corporate accounting team within a dynamic, publicly traded organization. This is a newly created role driven by company growth and restructuring, offering strong visibility to leadership and excellent career advancement potential. This position will play a key role in the SEC reporting process and technical accounting function, partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC reports including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Proxy statements, • Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, • Perform tie-outs of financial data to supporting schedules and source documents, • Support consolidation processes across multiple entities and business units, • Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, • Conduct technical accounting research and draft accounting memos, • Monitor and implement new accounting standards and maintain accounting policies, • Ensure compliance with SOX 404 internal controls and assist with documentation and testing, • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations teams, • Assist with earnings releases and financial reporting packages, • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiencyQualifications, • 3+ years of relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier) and/or public company reporting, • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance, • Experience with SEC filings, disclosures, and financial statement preparation, • Exposure to XBRL/iXBRL tagging preferred, • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (Workiva or similar a plus), • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar), • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications, • CPA or CPA candidate, • Experience with multi-entity or multi-segment organizations, • Exposure to foreign currency translation and consolidationsWhy Join, • High-visibility role with exposure to executive leadership, • Strong opportunity for career growth and advancement, • Collaborative and evolving accounting organization, • Hybrid schedule offering flexibility and work-life balance, • Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and full benefits package
