Inventory Oversight * Manage inventory systems, conduct regular counts, and ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated. * Troubleshoot discrepancies and implement process improvements to maintain accuracy. Team & Workflow Management * Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse workspace. * Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure seamless operations. * Train and supervise junior staff or temporary help when needed. Tools & Technology * Utilize shipping software (FedEx, UPS, ShipStation) and inventory platforms to process orders and track inventory in real time. * Maintain accurate logs and generate basic reports as needed.
