Job Description Job Title: IT and Network Support Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT and Network Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others resolve technology-related issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system, • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment, • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the help desk system, • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, • Assist users with account setup, password resets, and system access, • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism, • Follow IT policies, security standards, and best practices Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus), • Previous help desk, IT support, or customer service experience preferred, • Advanced knowledge of Windows/IOS and Linux, Microsoft Office, and ERP applications, • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, • Valid California driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites regularly. Preferred Skills: • Strong Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi), • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP or other user account management, • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar), • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Physical Requirements: • Ability to work on active construction sites while complying with all safety regulations., • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday., • Ability to lift and carry IT equipment and tools weighing up to 25–50lbs, • Ability to climb ladders or stairs and access confined or elevated areas when installing or maintaining equipment. Details: • Hours: Full-time., • Location: Westlake Village, CA, • Compensation: $30.00 per hour.
