Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: • Development of communication tactics for new projects, events, and initiatives including key messaging in email newsletters, social media and the website. Ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent and aligned with CREOKS goals, values and brand standards. Monitor and measure effectiveness of internal communication, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis., • Produce content (conceptualizing, designing, writing) for internal and external communications; including newsletters, graphic emails, events, brochures, fliers, press releases, and social media content., • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to aid in the development of marketing campaigns., • Social media content production. Create and implement consistent social media content tailored for various CREOKS audiences with goals of increased engagement, followers and website visits. Understand social media insights like engagement rates and awareness and be able to derive information about our audience through this data, • Assist with directing and mentoring the Communications Coordinator., • Assist with event marketing from fliers to social media sponsorship thank you posts., • Physically help set-up events and work behind the scenes. Providing communications at off-site industry conferences, health fairs, and events., • Craft press releases and other communication materials that effectively convey the CREOKS messages and values and dissemination to media outlets., • Monitor media coverage and public opinion, analyzing the effectiveness of PR campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement., • Assist with the development & maintenance of efficient communication protocols for internal and external communications., • Assist with the coordination of freelance contractors (videographers, photographers, external PR etc.), • Design, create and maintain CREOKS website using WordPress tools. Increase search engine optimization and readability scores and improve and understand the user experience with website insights and Google analytics data., • Responsible for ensuring that all assigned materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline., • Responsible for maintaining company products in storage, after receiving new products, coordinate with facilities to move to basement storage. Maintains approximate inventory of products, and alerts supervisor when a product is low., • Responsible for pulling and completing staff requests for collateral and products used in community outreach, fairs, conferences., • Responsible for input and maintaining staff and event contacts in Constant Contact., • Brainstorms with team members to develop new ideas., • Bachelor’s degree; Marketing or Communications preferred., • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva., • Skilled in Microsoft Office computer applications., • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
