Target Clients & Services Our sales professionals focus on engaging with key decision-makers such as property managers, facility directors, corporate real estate managers, and building owners. Your role is vital in expanding our client base by promoting our comprehensive suite of services, including: • Recurring commercial cleaning contracts, • Eco-friendly green cleaning solutions, • Disinfection and sanitation services By fostering strong relationships, you will help clients maintain safe, clean, and healthy environments, positioning our company as their trusted partner in building maintenance. Responsibilities • Identify and target prospective clients within the commercial real estate and property management sectors, • Present and promote our cleaning and disinfection services tailored to client needs, • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, • Build long-term relationships to ensure client retention and referrals, • Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery exceeds client expectations Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered., • 3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within janitorial, facility services, building maintenance, or outsourced labor industries., • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments., • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders., • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and proposal writing., • Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s record and ability to travel regionally and nationally up to 50%., • Ability to work independently in a remote/field-based role with minimal supervision.
