To-Go Responsibilities • Answer phone calls and take accurate To-Go orders., • Confirm order details and ensure proper packaging and presentation., • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of To-Go orders., • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions securely., • Greet and assist guests picking up To-Go orders with professionalism and efficiency., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station., • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
