Job DescriptionDescription: Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival., • Open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible., • Inspect tables for proper presentation., • When the restaurant is on a wait for tables, record the guest’s information in the NoWait App and provide the guest with an estimated wait time., • Notify guests via the No Wait App when their table is ready., • Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible., • Make friendly conversation with guests as you walk them to their table., • Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of the server’s name., • Handle food: chips and salsa, • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
