In this role you will support the R&D organization by researching, evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria in testing and solving technical problems pertaining to thermal spray application development, system acceptance tests, and product validation projects. \n Your Responsibilities: \n\n • Formulates and executes project plans within the Coating Solution Center (CSC) under limited guidance from Sr. Project Engineers. \n, • Leads individual project activities for thermal spray application and parameter development, product support and validation (system acceptance tests).
