What You’ll Be Doing: • Full-cycle avionics installations and modifications on a variety of aircraft, • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing avionics systems and components, • Collaborating closely with maintenance and flight departments, • Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics with precision, • Working with cutting-edge avionics systems, including Garmin glass panels and cabin connectivity upgrades Requirements: What We’re Looking For: • High school diploma or equivalent required, • 2+ years of hands-on GA avionics and maintenance experience preferred, • Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, • Familiarity with Part 145 repair station operations a plus, • A&P license is a bonus, but not required, • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, • Must meet physical demands of the role, • Must pass background check and be subject to random drug testing Bonus Points: • Prior military experience—we proudly hire US Veterans If you’re ready to join a team where your skills will be challenged, your work will be valued, and your career can take off—Ventura is the place for you.
