The Role We are looking for a Product Engineering Manager to lead a team that provides power systems engineering expertise for off-grid and grid-tied microgrids and data centers. Our projects typically include managing a variety of DER and microgrid assets, including solar, energy storage, switchgear, controls, and reciprocating engines. You will report to our Chief Technology Officer and will ideally be a hybrid role based out of either our Ridgewood, NJ, NYC, Los Angeles, or Oakland, CA offices. Position Objective: We are currently seeking a well-organized individual with excellent written, verbal, and computer communications skills to join our sales force as a Sales Engineer in the HVAC new construction/plan and specification market for the New York City/Long Island region. Key Accountabilities: The successful candidate will work developing specifications with the professional engineering community, bid, close, and service General, Mechanical, and Sheet Metal Contractors as well as end-users in the territory. Ideally, the candidate will establish a working home office as well as maintain office space in our New Jersey facility. Requirements: Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably including technical coursework, a familiarity with the plan and specification sales process, and a desire to achieve sales success in the disciplines of HVAC, Process, or Mechanical Equipment. While an engineering degree is not a requirement, candidates with up to (3) years of successful sales experience of mechanical equipment in the field will be strongly considered.

Job Description The Olympic Glove & Safety Company, Inc. is seeking a full-time service technician to work in our Gas Detection and SCBA shops. Located in Elmwood Park, Bergen County, NJ. Full-time position Monday through Friday. Day to day schedule will vary. Some days will be spent 100% in Olympic shop/office. Others will be on-site at customer locations. Job will require the ability to work flexible hours. Normal working hours 8-4:30 but some days/jobs may require early AM start. Eligible for overtime based on hours worked. Job description will primarily include: • the annual flow testing and repair of SCBA equipment, • the calibration and repair of gas detection equipment, • supporting sales reps and customers with product information, • troubleshooting High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license (non-CDL) is required. Technical training, certification or experience is preferred but not required. All future needed training and certification will be covered through employment. Ability and willingness to travel on-site to customer location for service jobs. Majority of jobs located in New York City, Long Island, and northern New Jersey. Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills needed. Responsible, organized, and hard-working candidates preferred. Strong teamwork skills and desire to meet a professional, high level of customer service. Competent computer skills preferred include use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Must be physically able to lift/move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
