About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our Operations team and serve as the primary onsite point of contact for our Willow Street Warehouse operations. Reporting to the Manager, Inventory, you'll play a critical role in maintaining inventory oversight and ensuring seamless coordination between our warehouse operations and cross-functional teams including Marketing and Product Development. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. You'll be instrumental in supporting product launches, managing specialty orders, and ensuring our teams have the inventory they need to bring Jones Road's vision to life. What You'll Do • Execute daily warehouse operations and maintain inventory oversight for the Willow Street Warehouse, • Conduct quarterly cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy across all systems, • Coordinate space planning and updates for new product launches and internal inventory needs, • Process internal marketing order forms and bulk product requests with accuracy and timeliness, • Support Marketing, PR (U.S. and U.K.), and Influencer teams as the primary inventory point of contact, • Manage Office Gratis Inventory to ensure continuous product availability for internal teams, • Execute specialty orders for leadership and board members, ensuring products are received prior to launch, • Coordinate 3PL SKU creation, BOM uploads, and assembly orders for Influencer Campaign initiatives, • Monitor Influencer Client Center operations to ensure orders flow properly and meet SLA requirements, • Support limited-edition launches, kits, bundles, and special packaging initiatives from setup through fulfillment, • Execute global marketing sends through international warehouse networks, • Assist Product Development team with sampling needs and storage coordination What You'll Bring • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field, • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic Excel skills, • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers (3PL) preferred, • Knowledge of beauty industry inventory practices and product lifecycle management a plus, • Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently What Success Looks Like • Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations and systems, • Complete quarterly cycle counts on schedule with minimal discrepancies, • Process all internal orders and specialty requests within established timelines, • Achieve 100% on-time delivery for leadership and board member specialty orders, • Maintain zero stockouts for Office Gratis Inventory and internal team needs, • Successfully coordinate product launches with zero inventory-related delays, • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, PR, and Product Development teams, • Meet all Influencer Client Center SLA requirements consistently Jones Road Beauty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer. The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $72,000. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
