Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our operations and project management team. This role will assist with coordinating signage projects from permitting through installation and service, helping ensure projects are executed accurately and on sched Responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination, • Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, • Help prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation, • Schedule surveys, installations, and service calls, • Track project progress and update internal systems (CompanyCam, Monday.com, etc.), • Ensure permits, drawings, and approvals are collected and organized, • Handle follow-ups, reporting, and other administrative support tasks Qualifications: • Previous experience in project coordination, construction, signage, or related field preferred, • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (experience with Monday.com a plus), • Full-time, on-site (Monday–Friday), • Salary based on experience Work Location: In person
