Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience., • 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment., • 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in manufacturing., • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills., • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities., • Project management and organizational proficiency., • Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, and related systems)., • Strong color acuity and attention to detail., • Logical, data-driven approach to decision-making., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
