Responsibilities for this position include: • Thoroughly explaining aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information., • Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events, • Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints, • Upgrade knowledge of products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and/or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies, • Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation., • Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business.
