Schedule: • 7:30am - 4:00pm Competitive Compensation Offered! • $60,000 - 65,000/yr (Based on experience) Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial and Residential Sales Teams, • Enter new orders, update spreadsheets, and maintain accurate sales tracking and reporting, • Request and forward COIs for jobs, forward public certifications and documents for public jobs for bid, • Assist with preparing sales reports, job summaries, and performance data for management, • Answer and route customer calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication, • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure all quotes, follow-ups, and documentation are up to date, • Coordinate Marketing efforts and campaigns, track progress, • Support the General Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects, • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project flow, • Pre-qualifications, safety documents,, • Assign leads, • 6 salespeople, another department of 4 Qualifications: • Microsoft Office experience, • Previous experience in sales administration or other related fields, • Construction experience preferred, • Good customer service, and professional attitude, • Ability to prioritize and multitask, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong attention to detail, • Strong organizational skills Immediate Benefits Upon Hire • Medical Plan, • Direct Deposit, • Dental Plan, • Vision/Eyewear Plan, • Life Insurance Because we're locally owned, we live in and work in this community and have a vested interest in its success.
