Per Diem Orthopedic Home Physical Therapist - Somerset County JAG Physical Therapy is seeking to hire a skilled Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation in the home setting for patients recovering from total hip and knee replacement surgeries and other orthopedic related conditions.
