Northwest Washington, Washington
I am an American living overseas who needs someone 18 years old or older to receive emails from me, print out the legal document that is attached to the email, and physically take it to the DC District court at 333 Constitution Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20001, file it with the court, and scan the stamped copy (they will stamp "FILED" on the extra copy you bring with you, and email it back to me. I am not an attorney and am representing myself in court and I am not rich. However this is very serious legal business, so I need a very reliable person who is available once a month on average (sometimes once every two weeks) during the hours the court is open - Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. I will buy you a printer (and scanner if you don't already have one), toner and paper and have them delivered to you - which will be yours to keep when these legal suits are over - which could be in a year, or less, I hope. I will pay you $20 each time you do this for me - file a document that you print out, or $40 if I ask you to also put a copy of the document in the mail to one or more defendant(s) and sign a "Proof of Service" which states that you put the document in the US mail in a stamped envelope (regular mail) addresses to the defendant. This would also require going to the post office to buy the stamps. I would wire you the money for you to pay for the stamps and you would have to scan and email me the sigend "Proof of Service" as well as the post office receipt for the stamps or postage, so I could deduct that from the money I wire to you for postage. I will have large envelopes delivered to you. So you could expect to make maybe $100 a month on this part-time project, and get a nice compact HP laser printer and extra toner at the end of it. You MUST be reliable. You do not need to have any legal knowledge at all.
