Compensation: $100,000 OTE Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management • Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent communication and scheduled review meetings, • Lead discovery conversations to assess financial objectives, risk tolerance, and personal priorities, • Provide clear, confident, and compliant financial guidance aligned with client needs Financial Planning & Analysis • Evaluate client financial data to create comprehensive, customized financial plans, • Advise on retirement planning, investment strategies, tax-efficient solutions, education funding, risk management, and estate planning considerations, • Prepare and deliver financial plan recommendations and ongoing performance reviews Sales & Business Development • Source new client opportunities through referrals, networking initiatives, and community involvement, • Present customized investment and insurance solutions tailored to individual client goals, • Consistently achieve or exceed activity, growth, and revenue objectives Compliance & Documentation • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with SEC, FINRA, and internal policies, • Active Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 65/63 combination), or equivalent state insurance and securities licenses, • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a financial advisor, financial planner, or in a comparable financial services role, • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning principles, and regulatory requirements, • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship–building skills Preferred Qualifications • CFP, ChFC, or progress toward obtaining a professional designation, • Experience using CRM systems and financial planning software, • Existing book of business (preferred but not required) About Company • With a strong partner with over 175 Years of stability.
