Handle employee investigations and personnel matters. Conduct talent acquisition and facilitate interviews. Maintain Excel spreadsheets and manage data using Office 365 and TEAMS. Attend Operations and Safety meetings regularly. Qualifications: Proven Employee Relations experience, including investigations and personnel matters. Stable work history. Strong talent acquisition and interview skills. Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment. Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping principles is a plus.
