Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced inside account professional with a background in the record pressing industry who understands the terminology, workflows, and production realities of vinyl manufacturing. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, sales, and our plant/print teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate order processing, and seamless project execution. The ideal candidate can “speak the language” of the industry, translate client needs into production-ready specifications, and support account managers in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Client & Account Support • Serve as the primary inside contact for assigned accounts, supporting account managers and clients throughout the order lifecycle, • Communicate clearly with clients regarding specifications, timelines, artwork requirements, and production constraints, • Translate client requests into actionable information for plant and print production teams, • Produce quotations - preparing and delivering formal price proposals to prospective customers, • Proactively address questions, changes, and potential issues to ensure smooth project execution Plant & Production Liaison, • Act as a bridge between sales and manufacturing, ensuring alignment on specs, materials, and deadlines, • Coordinate closely with pressing, print, and production teams to confirm feasibility and scheduling, • Clarify technical requirements including formats, plating, packaging, and print specifications, • Enter and manage orders accurately within internal systems, • Review order details for completeness and accuracy before submission to production, • Support account managers with quotes, documentation, and follow-up communication, • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems Collaboration & Industry Expertise, • Provide insight based on record pressing industry knowledge to support internal decision-making, • Help educate internal teams or newer account managers on industry terminology and workflows, • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience, • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in vinyl record pressing Required Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, supply chain or related field strongly preferred or commensurate education, training and experience required, • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the record pressing/vinyl manufacturing industry, • High degree of proficiency in O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint), web-based and Windows based software, • Strong understanding of vinyl production processes, print coordination, and related terminology, • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to earn the trust and confidence of customers and stakeholders (internal/external), • High level of accountability, proven ability to take ownership of responsibilities and strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently, • Highly self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, • Excellent professional level written and verbal communication skills - ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups, geographic regions/cultures, different levels of internal and external organizations, • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, other departments and interact with various work behavior styles, • Solid negotiation and collaboration skills - able to influence outcomes and bring initiatives to successful completion Why work with Conectiv? • A culture of innovation, collaboration and teamwork, • Opportunity for career growth within the company, • Comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage with low premiums, • 401k w/ employer match and life insurance at no cost to our employees, • Vacation, paid holidays, and sick time Work Environment This job operates in an onsite professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, laptop cameras, smart phones, printers / photocopiers, filing cabinets. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate (verbal/written), converse with and exchange information with others. The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time; occasionally move between their workspace and office machinery. The person in this position must operate a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine, printer; pull/retrieve/file documents in a filing cabinet. May need to position oneself to move between tight, high, or low spaces. Seeing abilities required by this job include detecting/identifying/recognizing/inspecting objects close to the employee, within a distance, peripherally, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
