Our business sells imprinted apparel to businesses and schools. Schools utilize out platform to run fund raising sales using our online sales platform to raise money for their PTA while businesses and their employees buy our apparel for corporate identity purposes, In addition, we sell to other organizations such as: • Youth Sports Teams & leagues and Dance Studios - Children and parents purchase tees, hoodies & jackets for their child's activities. Construction & Trade Companies – Contractors, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, and related trades use branded shirts, hoodies, and safety gear for crew identification, professionalism, and jobsite safety. * Restaurants & Hospitality – Restaurants, cafés, catering companies, hotels, and event staff often wear branded uniforms, polos, aprons, or hats to present a consistent image. * Retail & Customer-Facing Businesses – Stores, gyms, car dealerships, and service centers outfit employees in branded apparel to boost visibility and create a unified team look. * Corporate Offices & Tech Firms – Many companies order polos, jackets, and casual branded wear for employee uniforms, team-building, or giveaways at events. * Healthcare & Wellness Providers – Medical offices, physical therapy centers, senior living facilities, and fitness studios use branded scrubs, polos, or warm-ups for staff recognition and branding. If you currently have connections with these organizations, or have had connections in the past, and know how to connect with the people that run them, then you will be successful with us. We will train you to make proper approaches and answer their questions. We will help you be "their person" that gets them the merch that we sell. A successful candidate is one who can demonstrate the personality to connect with those organizational decision makers, the ability to speak the language of our products and have the sales skills of hard work and follow through. In this business, an unreturned phone call or email will ensure that you will lose the sale. Your leads will consist of your network of connections, from college friends to neighbors and relatives You can spend as little as 15 hours or as much as 40 hours per week in this position. That's the beauty of being your own boss! Your compensation is a percentage of the profit from each sale. Reps have earned over $5000 from one sale, so your compensation depends on your ability to put the sales plan into action successfully. There is a ton of earning potential for the right candidate. You’ll report directly to the Director of E-commerce and Marketing and play a key role in content development, digital storytelling, and brand growth across our website, email, and social media platforms.This isn’t just a posting-and-commenting gig. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content — someone who understands how to speak to athletes, workers, and everyday shoppers through clever, engaging, and informative digital media.Key Responsibilities • Create and manage engaging video, photo, and graphic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.), • Follow and contribute to a content calendar that aligns with our marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches, • Work closely with store team members to gather insights and product knowledge — become the expert in what we sell and why it matters, • Build and grow our brand identity across platforms through consistent tone, visuals, and messaging, • Contribute to the development of social ad campaigns and influencer collaborations, • Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects, • Design social graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop, • Use Meta Business Suite to schedule and optimize posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages, • Track and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategy, • A portfolio showcasing original content work (graphics, social posts, videos, reels, etc.), • 1+ year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, • Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics, • Knowledge of SEO and basic marketing analytics, • Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills, • Some sports knowledge preferred — bonus if you know the difference between a USSSA and BBCOR bat or why lacrosse players love a certain mesh, • Retail or e-commerce experience is a big plus, • A self-starter with strong time management skills who thrives in a collaborative team environment At Lifestyle Sports, your content won’t get lost in a sea of corporate red tape. About the Role We're looking for a sports-obsessed, fashion-forward digital storyteller to lead our site merchandising and product content strategy across all channels. As the Site Merchandising & Content Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in blending creativity and commerce, ensuring every product is not only listed — but celebrated. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team that powers our brand-owned sites, retailer dropship portals, and online marketplaces. You’ll own how our collections show up digitally — and bring them to life in a way that reflects our DNA: premium sports fashion, culture-driven creativity, and bold commercial intent. This is more than just managing products online — it’s about curating a digital flagship that speaks to passionate fans and trendsetters across the region. What You'll Do Lead with Vision & Passion • Manage and mentor a dynamic team of Site Merchandisers across brand DTC, dropship, and marketplaces., • Be the editor-in-chief of our product storytelling across platforms — from homepage to PDPs., • Oversee daily content refreshes, launch rollouts, asset updates, and QA checks across Shopify Plus and third-party platforms., • Own the master merchandising calendar and ensure all teams are sprinting in sync with seasonal and weekly drops., • Collaborate with Brand marketing to adapt creative assets into high-impact content across PDP, PLP, A+ content, and homepages., • Ensure products are sorted, tagged, and merchandised in a way that boosts discoverability and conversion — all while looking great., • Define and refine SOPs for content operations across all channels — with a test-and-learn mentality., • Partner with dev and analytics to identify content opportunities that improve speed, accuracy, and performance., • Work with Planning and Ops to ensure product availability aligns with launches., • Sync with Site Experience on experiments and CRO efforts that elevate the digital journey., • Report content effectiveness to stakeholders — using data to tell the story behind the story. What We're Looking For • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, or content production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands., • A deep love for sports and a pulse on what's trending in streetwear, athleisure, or premium fashion., • Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing teams across channels., • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, CMS platforms, and retailer/marketplace seller portals., • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment., • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
