You’ll report directly to the Director of E-commerce and Marketing and play a key role in content development, digital storytelling, and brand growth across our website, email, and social media platforms.This isn’t just a posting-and-commenting gig. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content — someone who understands how to speak to athletes, workers, and everyday shoppers through clever, engaging, and informative digital media.Key Responsibilities • Create and manage engaging video, photo, and graphic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.), • Follow and contribute to a content calendar that aligns with our marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches, • Work closely with store team members to gather insights and product knowledge — become the expert in what we sell and why it matters, • Build and grow our brand identity across platforms through consistent tone, visuals, and messaging, • Contribute to the development of social ad campaigns and influencer collaborations, • Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects, • Design social graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop, • Use Meta Business Suite to schedule and optimize posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages, • Track and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategy, • A portfolio showcasing original content work (graphics, social posts, videos, reels, etc.), • 1+ year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, • Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics, • Knowledge of SEO and basic marketing analytics, • Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills, • Some sports knowledge preferred — bonus if you know the difference between a USSSA and BBCOR bat or why lacrosse players love a certain mesh, • Retail or e-commerce experience is a big plus, • A self-starter with strong time management skills who thrives in a collaborative team environment At Lifestyle Sports, your content won’t get lost in a sea of corporate red tape. About the Role We're looking for a sports-obsessed, fashion-forward digital storyteller to lead our site merchandising and product content strategy across all channels. As the Site Merchandising & Content Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in blending creativity and commerce, ensuring every product is not only listed — but celebrated. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team that powers our brand-owned sites, retailer dropship portals, and online marketplaces. What We're Looking For • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, or content production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands., • A deep love for sports and a pulse on what's trending in streetwear, athleisure, or premium fashion., • Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing teams across channels., • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, CMS platforms, and retailer/marketplace seller portals., • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment., • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or other languages is a plus. Each year, programs in academics--including STEM, the arts, sports & wellness, and college access help 40,000 students develop leadership skills and succeed in school. Working parents count on our programs to provide safe and enriching environments for their children. Summary: The work of the Success Mentor requires a long-term commitment to providing support to students in elementary and/or middle school. An effective mentor establishes and upholds a relationship with the child and family over a period of at least twelve months or longer, if possible, supporting their social-emotional development. Children generally live in uniformity and habit. The longer someone spends time with them, the higher probability that the children will be successful. Kids who have good relationships with their mentors have higher chances of attaining academic success. All applicants must be able to function as a part of a team inclusive of a Blended Learning Math Instructor, a Blended Learning ELA and Writing Instructor/Mentor and a Student/Family Mentor. The Comprehensive Afterschool System (COMPASS) of NYC program serves young people enrolled in grades K-5. SONYC, which stands for Schools Out NYC, is the COMPASS middle school model that serves as a pathway to success for youth in 6th, 7th and 8th grades. Structured like clubs, the model offers youth choice in how they spend their time; provides rigorous instruction in sports, arts and youth leadership. NYC becomes the classroom through trips and opportunities for instruction beyond the traditional facilities. Programs are offered 5 days per week during the school year. Services are also offered during the summer months. This specific outreach operates under the SQPA umbrella through use of its facilities, programming and thought leaders. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Group Leader to support students (grades K-8) in homework assistance, academic instruction, and enrichment activities. In this role, youll work with small student groups in core subjectsEnglish Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studiesand assist with physical education, visual arts, and performing arts activities.
