Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative who is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new vendors and independent contractors to support client demand. This role serves as a key point of contact throughout the vendor lifecycle, from initial outreach and qualification through contract execution and readiness to work. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple relationships in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Responsibilities: • Proactively source, identify, and qualify new vendors and independent contractors aligned with client needs, • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and online platforms to build and maintain a strong vendor pipeline, • Evaluate vendor capabilities, capacity, pricing, and compliance against internal and client requirements, • Guide vendors and contractors through the onboarding and sign-on process, including documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements, • Clearly communicate scope of work, engagement terms, timelines, and expectations, • Address questions, troubleshoot issues, and remove barriers to timely onboarding, • Partner with internal teams such as sales, recruiting, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure vendors are approved and ready to deploy, • Communicate vendor availability, onboarding status, and risks to internal stakeholders, • Support fulfillment of client requests by matching qualified vendors to active or upcoming needs, • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to encourage repeat engagement, • Maintain accurate records in CRM or vendor management systems, • Track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and onboarding progress, • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and vendor experience, • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and service-level expectationsQualifications:, • 2+ years of experience in client services, vendor management, sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a related role, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • High attention to detail and strong follow-through, • Experience sourcing vendors, contractors, or service providers, • Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or vendor management systems, • Exposure to onboarding, compliance, or contract execution processesHours:, • 8:30am-5:30pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeEmployment Type:, • Contract to HireAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
