Job Description Specialized Paraprofessional Full time/Non-exempt Location: Westfield, NJ Compensation Range: $19.00-$21.00/per hour Reports to: NJ State and Regional Directors Position Summary: The Specialized Paraprofessional would provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs while focusing on academic, behavioral, and emotional development. A Specialized Paraprofessional primarily supports students in an educational setting, assisting with academic tasks, and providing social and emotional support. Their focus is on facilitating learning and social-emotional integration within the classroom. Job Responsibilities: • Academic Support: Assist students with assignments, homework, and projects. Provide one-on-one or small-group instructional support.
