Daily responsibilities include: * Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner * Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle * Conducting test drives and showcasing vehicle features * Presenting financing and leasing options * Negotiating terms within dealership guidelines * Staying up to date on current inventory, pricing, and promotions * Providing details on warranties, vehicle history, and service options * Following up with customers to build long-term relationships * Generating repeat and referral business through exceptional service * Completing accurate paperwork and contracts * Collaborating with finance and service teams for smooth transactions What We’re Looking For ✔ Previous automotive sales experience a plus (but not required – we provide training!) ✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills ✔ Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ✔ Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software ✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ✔ Willingness to complete manufacturer training and build product knowledge Schedule * Monday – Friday * Weekend availability required ????
