Develop the skill to understand patient's status, how to set appointment while in ops and that future procedures are correctly entered., • Comfortability with Invisalign appointments and treatment/ iTero scans. We happily provide training for both as needed., • Learn and master "A", "B", and "C" dismissals., • Participating and helping run morning or afternoon huddles for your Provider and their Patient Coordinators/Scheduler. When necessary prepping the daily huddle sheet with your team's Scheduler., • Mentoring new team members when comfortable and can create value., • Following our protocol of "proper handoff" of patients to the front desk for check out., • Take ownership of appointment flow - keeping appointments on-time and helping to manage the Provider's schedule., • Comfortable to ask a happy patient to share their feedback online in a review, or refer a friend to the Practice if they know anyone looking for a new dental home. Most Dental Assistants work every other Saturday., • Experience providing exceptional hospitality-inspired customer service in a fast-paced Practice., • Excellent attention to detail and high follow through., • A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
