Job Description RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Registered Nurses to join our Wyandanch Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. This individual will provide management and administration of medications, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist, NPP, and/or other medical staff as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness.
