How You Will Contribute The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, future residents, visitors, and team members. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates closely with the Community Manager and Maintenance Technicians to ensure that all aspects of the community are well-maintained. The Maintenance Supervisor anticipates, identifies, and corrects problems affecting the community, and implements procedures to prevent such issues.
