Job Description Parksite is looking or a CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team! The driver will haul building materials in our 48' flatbed truck. Routes downloaded daily with turn by turn directions by PeopleNet, no need to do any route planning! Electronic logging and DVIR completed by PeopleNet. This driver is expected to work as a valued member of the delivery team. The job primarily consists of local vehicle operations involving positioning and moving trucks and trailers at Parksite and customer locations to effect loading and unloading. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Operate company owned and leased trucks over 4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations., • Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of building products and materials., • Perform required before, during and after operation user maintenance and provide required reports., • Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations., • Operate all Material Handling Equipment., • Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs., • Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition., • Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations. Job Requirements: • CDL Class A license., • Experience operating Material Handling Equipment., • Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times., • Ability to make overnight runs as required by shipping needs., • One or more years experience as truck driver., • Must be able to learn to operate all Material Handling Equipment used by the company., • Requires prolonged sitting, driving and Material Handling Equipment operations., • Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly., • Must be able to work in severe weather conditions; both heat and cold. Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Program Manager, the Appliance Removal Driver will lead the daily Appliance Pickup Process. Utilizing a 26-foot Box truck they will respond to prescheduled appointments to collect appliances to be recycled while ensuring high quality customer interaction.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Primarily works as the lead for a two-man crew to safely remove appliances from the customer home. Job Description This position is primarily responsible for addressing resident service requests. Addition responsibilities: maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings, including electrical and plumbing; repairing/replacing appliances; and maintaining grounds. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor for completion, • Cleans internal areas of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, and mopping., • Maintains the grounds by picking up trash., • Washes windows., • Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup., • Must possess basic knowledge of hand tools., • Paints interior and exterior walls and trim., • Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete., • Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks., • Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses., • Repairs or replaces building brick, stone, and concrete., • Maintains and repairs wood parts of buildings., • Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment such as truck, street sweeper, and riding mower., • Assists other departments with moving furniture, appliances and unloading and storing supplies, • If part of on-call rotation, required to respond to all emergency calls onsite within 30 minutes of receiving call., • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
