The Virtual Assistant will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including customer support, data entry, scheduling, and document management. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage emails, organize files, and handle confidential information with discretion. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed. Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner. Data Entry and Database Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain company data across various systems.
