Description As a member of IT Infrastructure, the Systems Administrator is responsible for enterprise servers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, as well as cloud platforms including Microsoft 365 in accordance with Clark Pacific best practices. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions. • Ensure the stable and secure operations of the Clark Pacific Server farm (physical, vhosts, virtual machines), Infrastructure, business applications and Cloud services (e.g. DNS, DHCP, AD, AAD, File & Application servers etc.)., • Monitor server performance with tools such as SolarWinds and perform server optimization strategies., • Ensure back-up and recovery policies are followed including timely & successful completion of back-up jobs., • Ensure hardened cybersecurity with use of Microsoft Defender products and services (XDR, Endpoint, Identity, Sentinel, etc...). ITIL best practices, appropriate refresh updates of hardware & operating systems, patch management (ARC, SCCM), remediation of risk alerts & penetration test findings., • Build, solution, and document processes that pertain to Server infrastructure, application configuration and overall processes, • Administer Microsoft Office 365 including user management, licenses, policies, configuration, data storage and retention, • Utilize Microsoft Intune for device management, deploying policies, software control, reporting, and compliance., • Ensure enterprise software (operating system and application) is kept to most current versions., • Assist with configuration of network devices for deployment., • Perform IP address configuration and Network diagnostics as needed., • Assist with the admin and maintenance of telephony system by provisioning handsets, setting up extensions, and supporting user requests., • Respond to assigned incidents, service change requests, and enhancements meeting SLAs and metrics., • Assist Helpdesk Technicians and teammates with escalated incidents., • Assist with Infrastructure planning and analysis of organizational technology needs., • Other duties as assigned Experience and Education: Required: • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field/equivalent experience., • A minimum of 5 years in a Helpdesk Tech II role with progressive responsibility., • A minimum of 1 year in a Systems Administrator role or related experience., • A minimum of 2 years supporting Cybersecurity monitoring and remediation., • Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Scripting skills., • Working knowledge of network infrastructure, topology, and cabling., • Working knowledge of communication systems, data, voice, and video., • ITIL Foundations Certificate or related experience with IT best practices., • 1 or more certifications in Microsoft administration, • Azure experience preferred., • SQL experience preferred., • Experience with tools including AutoCAD, Tekla, Viewpoint, Bluebeam,, • Determination: Meet challenges head on!, • Innovation: Always look for better!, • Competitive compensation, being paid on a weekly basis., • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance with the options of using Kaiser and VSP for vision!, • Medical FSA, • Dependent Care FSA, • Employer paid life insurance paid by Clark Pacific, • Voluntary Ancillary Benefits such as Critical Illness, Accident Insurance and Whole life insurance.
