This hands-on role involves spending approximately 75% of your time on the nursing floor and 25% on administrative tasks, with flexibility based on the practice’s needs. As RVT Manager, you’ll lead our Veterinary Technician and Assistant teams, delegate tasks to optimize workflow, uphold safety and medical standards, and collaborate closely with the hospital manager and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll also be responsible for creating and implementing medical SOPs, developing training materials, and mentoring our dedicated team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about both patient care and team development, with the ability to foster a positive and supportive culture. This is a full-time position with a 5/8 schedule and Saturday or Sunday availability required.
