The Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M), monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing various treatment plants. These may include groundwater treatment plants, wastewater pretreatment/treatment plants, drinking water treatment plants, soil vapor extraction/air sparge (SVE/AS) systems, or other treatment plants. The Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for general plant and property maintenance and implementation of onsite safety and quality control. Job Description Just Salad is seeking Toppers that will join our team. Under the general direction of the Restaurant Team Leader (Just Salad’s General Managers), Toppers will focus on guest interactions and preparing their orders in the front of house of our operations. Job Purpose • Troubleshoots repairs and maintains a wide variety of Compounding, Packaging and Facilities equipment, including but not limited to mixing kettles, washers, mills, pumps, tube fillers, bottle fillers, cartoners, over-wrappers, labelers, induction sealers, robotic case packers, laser printers and aggregation labeling, inspection, printers, and data management., • Supports and assists in the installation and qualification of new equipment and controls; supports facilities systems and services as required. Develops low to mid-level upgrades improvements in support of operational improvements and CAPAs. Major Accountabilities • First responder, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair advanced electrical equipment problems with little or no supervision in all areas of the facility, documenting repairs in Maintenance and Repair Logs as per cGMP guidelines., • Perform and document scheduled routine preventative maintenance on electrical systems as required, • Communicates and works with Mechanics and Facilities Maintenance associates to resolve cross-over issues, • Support creation, management of recipes, system access, user management and other data in non-network process equipment, • Backup of electronic records, system files, and operating systems. Assist with review, investigation and inspection of local machine data, system configuration management, version control and retention of PLC and HMI software, • Maintains inventory of routinely used parts and supplies., • Works with automation and project engineers to support deliverables, installation and qualification for new equipment and technologies, • Assemble and install electrical equipment modifications, upgrades, and improvements as directed by engineering personnel, • Plan and execute level upgrades in support of equipment improvements and CAPAs, • Execute validation dry runs to identify inconsistencies in protocols; supports the execution of IQ and OQ protocols on new equipment and equipment modifications, • Manages small-size and mid-size automation projects, including generating documentation, coordination of resources from start to finish. Research and identify “Functionally Equivalent” components for replacement of obsolete and unavailable components, • Provides necessary information for appropriate documentation of functionally equivalent components, • Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMP’s, company policies, and all other quality or regulatory requirements (OSHA, DEA, FDA, EMEA, ANVISA, HS&E, etc.), • Ensures all work is performed in a safe, effective manner, and in compliance with the appropriate industry and regulatory (FDA, DEA,OSHA) standards, and Departmental, Plant, and corporate quality and Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) goals. Note: This position may require the labeling, packaging, or movement of hazardous (flammable, corrosive, toxic, etc.) waste within the facility. If so, this employee would be trained under OSHA’s HAZWOPER standard,29 CFR 1910.120 as an 8-Hour first responder, 24-Hour incident commander, or a 40-Hour incident commander. In lieu of HAZWOPER training, the employee will receive training on the requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act pursuant to 40 CFR265.16.All employees that have received the above-mentioned training upon hire will receive annual refresher training that covers the OSHA HAZWOPER standard and the requirements of RCRA. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have satisfactory visual acuity and color perception. Visual acuity and color blindness screenings may be used to screen applicants. • Satisfactory visual acuity means at least 20/20 vision, corrected or uncorrected., • Satisfactory color vision means ability to recognize traffic signals and devices showing the standard red, green, and amber traffic signals Key Performance Indicators • Strong AutoCAD and or Microsoft Visio skills for generating controls drawings. Microsoft Office Skills (Word and Excel), • Must be able to read, understand and work from electrical schematics and engineering documents., • In depth knowledge and understanding of PLCs, ladder logic and other PLC languages for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes. HMI programming and troubleshooting capabilities., • In depth knowledge and understanding of runtime and PC based HIMs for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes, • Proficient in the use of test and measurement equipment including but not limited to Digital Multi-Meter, Process Meter, Temperature measurement, Tachometer and Oscilloscope., • Must be able to use a variety of power and hand tools for troubleshooting, repair and installation of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical components., • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and identify functionally equivalent replacement for obsolete technology., • Understanding of AC and DC Motor controls with capability to install and optimize parameter settings., • Fluent in English good communications skills both verbal and written, ability to read and understand SOPs and all forms of training materials., • Mathematics Skills–Good basic math skills needed to apply electrical formulas., • Available for overtime when needed. Summary /Objective The Senior Production Manager oversees multiple product lines from procurement through production planning, ensuring accurate material planning, scheduling, and execution. This role translates sales forecasts and booking data into actionable production plans using tools such as MRP and Style Availability Reports. The Senior Production Manager develops demand and capacity plans, partners closely with Sales and suppliers, and ensures production aligns with business goals while maintaining operational flexibility. This role is responsible for optimizing inventory performance, maintaining accurate product data, and proactively identifying risks or constraints that could impact delivery timelines. Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and clear cross-functional communication are essential for success in this role. Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Oversee the end-to-end production process across multiple product lines, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, production targets, and business timelines while supporting new initiatives., • Analyze sales demand using sales forecasts, booking orders, and historical sales data to develop production plans and issue vendor purchase orders that ensure a continuous supply of apparel and accessories., • Review Style Availability Reports to assess stock status and safety stock levels; proactively expedite shipments with suppliers to meet delivery and order fulfillment requirements., • Manage product costing, including target costing, counter costing, and flash costing, and support Sales with accurate and timely cost information., • Partner with Product Development to ensure raw materials and trim availability align with production timelines; prepare and present financial and production updates to senior management as needed., • Manage inventory purchasing to stay within budget and management directives by optimizing order quantities, adjusting safety stock levels, reallocating surplus inventory, and closing out excess or non-working inventory., • Coordinate fulfillment of critical backorders in collaboration with Allocation and Customer Service teams; communicate production schedules across the organization via AS400., • Monitor and report on inventory levels, material availability, and production status, advising management of potential risks, delays, or delivery issues., • Lead manufacturing planning across a multi-plant operation by aligning production requirements with factory capacity, commitments, and lead times., • Work closely with factories to balance, adjust, and re-prioritize production schedules in response to changes in demand, capacity constraints, or supply disruptions., • Monitor vendor shipping performance to ensure adherence to established delivery dates and escalate significant discrepancies that may impact customer orders., • Oversee quality assurance processes, including inspections upon shipment arrival; negotiate and issue chargebacks when products fail to meet company quality standards., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and product quality, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing. Qualifications and Competencies: • Strong knowledge of costing for apparel and hard goods is a must!, • Outstanding analytical and inventory modeling skills, • Organized with attention to exacting detail, • Proficient in project planning and support tools; experience in Production planning and/or project management, • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and flexibility in changing and/or ambiguous situations, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, • Import experience with knowledge of Freight consolidation/Logistics, • Strong excel skills/pivot table and BI tools., • Experience in PLM systems, • Strong factory contacts and relationships. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred., • 5 + years in Production Planning and procurement/supply chain management.
